国家在教育改革方面,年年重点强调,下发新的教育目标。但是,所有的课程改革顺利地实施都离不开老师。因此,在国家大力推行新课程的局势下,加快加紧对老师的进修培训,可提高教师的专业水平和自身素质教养,为教学任务奠定基础。笔者作为进修学校的数学教研员,对老师的培训提出一些想法和建议,愿和诸同仁分享。
In the area of education reform, the state places emphasis on issuing new education goals every year. However, the smooth implementation of all the curriculum reform can not be separated from the teacher. Therefore, under the situation of vigorously promoting the new curriculum in the country, accelerating the further training of teachers can improve the professional standards of teachers and their own quality of education and lay the foundation for teaching tasks. The author as a school of mathematics teaching and research staff, the teacher’s training put forward some ideas and suggestions, is willing to share with all my colleagues.
