含软土夹层地基,用高压旋喷桩仅加固中间软土夹层,不仅可以提高软土地基承载力,相对于传统的桩基加固方法也降低了造价。结合芜湖高压旋喷桩加固软土夹层工程项目,提出了含软土夹层地基高压旋喷桩加固方法,进行了不同位置、不同掺入比、不同龄期下的水泥土的无侧限抗压强度试验和压缩试验,通过对比分析得到合理的掺入比,并得到试件90 d后的无侧限抗压强度和压缩模量。通过理论计算分析了各层土的应力,计算了各层土的沉降,结果表明含软土夹层地基采用高压旋喷桩加固后地基的强度和沉降量均满足设计要求。
The foundation with soft soil interbed and reinforced by high pressure jet grouting pile only reinforce the middle soft interlayer, not only can improve the bearing capacity of soft ground, but also reduce the cost compared with the traditional method of pile foundation reinforcement. Combined with the high-pressure rotary jet grouting piles in Wuhu, the authors put forward the method of high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile consolidation with soft soil interlayer, carried out the unconfined compressive strength of cement soil under different ages, different mixing ratios and ages Strength test and compression test. The reasonable incorporation ratio was obtained through comparative analysis, and the unconfined compressive strength and compressive modulus after 90 days were obtained. The stress of each layer of soil is analyzed by theoretical calculation, and the settlement of each layer of soil is calculated. The results show that the strength and settlement of the foundation strengthened by high pressure jet grouting pile satisfy the design requirements.
