最近我们到沈阳、大连、抚顺、本溪等在五个耐火材料厂了解竞赛工作,发现合理化建议工作普遍搞的不好。存在的主要问题是:没有坚强的组织领导和负责的职能部门,不能有领导、有中心地引导职工羣众、围绕生产关键提出建议;建议处理的手续混乱,不及时,个别单位还有丢失现象;对职工提出的建议关怀不够,没有采取有效的办法给建议者以技术指导;个别单位在奖励工作中没有完全按照前政务院颁布的条例执行,有该奖不奖和奖金打折扣的现象。为了改变上述状况,提出以下几点改进意见和大
