阐述了TBC技术在航空发动机上的应用和发展。随着航空发动机技术的发展,要求热障涂层用陶瓷材料应具有更低的热导率和更高的相稳定性能。鉴于新型稀土复合氧化物材料具有热导率低、抗烧结能力强等优点而被认为有望作为新一代热障涂层候选材料。为提高TBC在储存期的抗腐蚀能力,可对其表面进行封孔处理。
The application and development of TBC technology in aeroengine are expounded. With the development of aeroengine technology, ceramic materials for thermal barrier coatings are required to have lower thermal conductivity and higher phase stability. In view of the new rare earth composite oxide materials with low thermal conductivity, anti-sintering ability and other advantages are considered as a new generation of thermal barrier coating candidate material. To improve the corrosion resistance of TBC during storage, the surface can be sealed.
