“Thankfully, I finally went to the factory again.” This is a word that is currently heard in many companies. This sentence has a heavy meaning. It shows an unavoidable reality in the enterprise: A considerable number of employees have insufficient enthusiasm for work. They are tirelessly sending out eight hours a day. Without exaggeration and rendition, the current behavior of employees will not be underestimated: the sense of responsibility at work and the compassion of the profession are very weak. There is a clear lack of enterprising spirit and achievement consciousness, unresolved minds, loose discipline, negative laziness, and poor job-hopping—all of which have affected the vitality of the workforce and are hampering the development of the enterprise. As a result, many business leaders often bring Anxiety full of anxiety: Transforming the burnout behavior of employees, there is no realistic way to do it? Obviously, this is indeed a question worth considering.
