The report of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China defines the connotation of building an overall well-to-do society as building a socialist material civilization, a political civilization, a spiritual civilization and an ecological civilization. Studying and deeply understanding the interrelationship between the four civilizations has an important theoretical and practical significance for carrying out the practice of building an overall well-to-do society.
