随着我国核电装备技术的成熟以及核电两大巨头中广核电力和中国核电的IPO,核电企业的评估逐渐多起来了;相信伴随着我国“核电走出去”战略的推进,今后核电企业的评估会更多。笔者结合中广核电力IPO、中国核电在营电站(秦山一期、二期、三期和田湾电站)等大型核电项目的评估经验,总结了核电企业评估的一些特殊点和关注点,希望能通过共同探讨进一步提高资产评估在核电领域的服务水平。
