华北行政委员会于一月二十三日至二月三日召开了全区农林工作会议。出席这次会议的有各省农业厅厅长和北京、天津二市郊区工作负责干部以及各省有关部门干部共四十余人。会议认真总结了一九五二年农业生产的经验及林业、畜牧业方面的经验,并根据新的建设时期的需要,确定了一九五三年的工作方针和任务,拟订了关于互助合作、农、林、牧、水利、农案技术改良等具体工作方案。通过了关于开展农业丰产劳动模范运动,推广先进技术经验和改进领导方法等决定。会议由华北行政委昌会农林局副局长李菁玉、中共中央华北局农村工作部副部长王谦分别作了一九五二年农业生产与正助合作运动的报告。会议结枣时,华北行政委员会主席刘澜涛并作了重要指示。
The North China Administrative Committee convened a conference on agriculture and forestry in the entire district from January 23 to February 3. The meeting was attended by Li Jingyu, Deputy Director General of Chang Hui Agriculture and Forestry Bureau of North China Administrative Committee and Wang Qian, Vice Minister of Rural Work Department of North China Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, respectively. They made a report on agricultural production and positive cooperation in 1952. At the conclusion of the meeting, Liu Lantao, chairman of the North China Administrative Commission, also made an important instruction.
