在pH4.0Britton-Robinson缓冲溶液中,头孢氨苄在紫外光照射下生成具有电活性的产物,其峰电位为—0·80V(vs.SCE).据此建立了一个检出限和测定范围分别为0.02mg/L和0.05~3.0mg/L,头孢氨苄的光化学伏安分析法,并用于溶菌酶-头饱氨苄复合物中头孢氨苄的测定,结果满意.
In pH4.0Britton-Robinson buffer solution, cefalexin produced an electroactive product under ultraviolet light irradiation with a peak potential of -0.80V (vs.SCE).
