本文从当前小学英语课堂教学中存在的“一刀切”的现象及其负面效应出发,提出在小学英语课堂进行分层教学的设想及具体措施,以提高课堂教学效果,使每个学生都学有所得、其乐无穷。本文还结合教学实践对现行分层教学模式进行了反思。
