近两年来,云计算产业发展突飞猛进,逐渐成为全球信息通信领域最具发展潜力的技术服务之一。云计算的定义和概念众多,各不相同。云计算产业的发展已经上升到了国家战略的层面并逐渐被国内企业认可为一种战略资源而不仅仅是一种节约成本的技术手段。但是云计算在发展过程中也对其研发、网络建设和管理模式等都带来了新的挑战。基于行业需求和市场的行业云将是未来云计算发展的重要趋势之一。行业云是由行业内部起主导作用的,或者掌握关键资源的组织建立和维护,以公开或者半公开的方式向行业内部或者相关的组织以及公众提供有偿和无偿服务的云计算服务。行业云的核心是应用和服务。同时,在传媒行业(新闻出版、广电、新媒体等)领域,云落地的案例已不鲜见。在传媒机构进行全媒体建设的过程中,既要大力进行内容建设,又要投入大量资源进行软硬件技术建设来提高用户体验,云计算在其中将起到举足轻重的作用。

In the process of media organizations’ construction of all media, it is necessary to vigorously carry out content construction and devote substantial resources to the construction of software and hardware to improve the user experience. Cloud computing will play a decisive role.
