科学技术是第一生产力。随着科技成果的不断涌现,如何实现技术向生产力的转化,已成为当前经济领域中的一个关键问题。为了减少企业自行开发的风险,技术的有偿转让已被人们普遍理解和接受。但技术的价格是什么,如何科学合理地确定,将直接影响到技术转让能否顺利地进行。为此,本文拟就技术转让中技术的计价原则与方法加以探讨。
Science and technology are primary productive forces. With the continuous emergence of scientific and technological achievements, how to achieve the transformation of technology into productivity has become a key issue in the current economic field. In order to reduce the risk of the company’s own development, the paid transfer of technology has been widely understood and accepted by people. However, what is the price of technology and how to determine it scientifically and reasonably will directly affect the smooth progress of technology transfer. For this reason, this paper intends to discuss the pricing principles and methods of technology transfer in technology transfer.
