The concept of sustainable development is that the process of development meets both the needs of the present generation and the needs of future generations. Sustainable development requires the balance of consumption and recycling of resources. Residential design of sustainable development strategy includes several aspects: environmental benefits, long-term benefits, social resources, benefits, balance within the balance, concise comprehensive strategy.
