利用大鼠离体肝灌流技术,观察了四氯化碳、氯仿、二氯甲烷对肝脏的毒性损伤,并根据化合物分子中的碳原子净电荷,研究了二者之间的关系。结果表明,四氯化碳对离体肝脏的毒性损伤作用最强,二氯甲烷最弱。其损伤程度与其分子中的碳原子净电荷大小顺序一致。
In vitro hepatic perfusion technique was used to observe the hepatic toxic effects of carbon tetrachloride, chloroform and methylene chloride, and the relationship between the two was studied based on the net charge of carbon atoms in the compound molecules. The results showed that carbon tetrachloride had the strongest toxic effect on isolated liver and methylene chloride was the weakest. The degree of damage is proportional to the net charge of carbon atoms in their molecules.
