目的:探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石患者的手术情况与并发症。方法:随机选取封开县人民医院收治的70例输尿管结石患者,通过回顾分析法,随机分为治疗组(35例)与对照组(35例),对照组采用常规方法治疗,治疗组采用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗,对比两组患者治疗后的手术情况、并发症等。结果:治疗组患者手术成功率达97.15%,明显高于对照组85.72%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中治疗组的并发症发生率明显比对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对输尿管结石患者采用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石治疗,效果明显。
Objective: To investigate the operative conditions and complications of ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in patients with ureteral calculi. Methods: Seventy patients with ureteral calculi admitted by Fengkai County People’s Hospital were randomly selected and divided into treatment group (35 cases) and control group (35 cases) by retrospective analysis. The control group was treated by conventional method. The treatment group was treated by ureteroscopy Under the pneumatic lithotripsy, compared the two groups of patients after surgery, complications and so on. Results: The success rate of operation in the treatment group was 97.15%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (85.72%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The ureteral calculi under ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy, the effect is obvious.
