目的初步探讨北豆根中生物碱抗小鼠移植性宫颈癌的作用。方法取50只小鼠建立U14荷瘤模型,随机分成5组:阴性对照组,环磷酰胺组,北豆根生物碱高、中、低剂量组。小鼠腹腔注射药物15天后进行小鼠实验,测定小鼠瘤重,计算抑瘤率、胸腺、脾脏指数。结果蝙蝠葛生物碱各组对U14荷瘤鼠肿瘤生长具有抑制作用,3个剂量组的抑瘤率分别是63.07%、54.6%、10.03%,3个剂量组均能提高U14荷瘤鼠的胸腺指数、脾脏指数。结论北豆根生物碱对U14荷瘤鼠具有明显的抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of alkaloids from Radix et Rhizoma Pestis on mouse transplanted cervical cancer. Methods Fifty mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: negative control group, cyclophosphamide group, and Beaulieu alkaloid high, medium and low dose groups. Mice were intraperitoneally injected with the drug 15 days later to test the mice’s tumor weight, calculate the tumor inhibition rate, thymus and spleen index. Results The bats alkaloids inhibited the growth of U14 tumor-bearing mice. The inhibitory rates of the three dose groups were 63.07%, 54.6% and 10.03%, respectively. All the three doses increased the thymus of U14 mice Index, spleen index. Conclusion Pesticide alkaloids have obvious inhibitory effect on U14 tumor-bearing mice.
