本文采用有限元法,运用ABAQUS6.13建立一个包含进出口接管、筒体和底封头的三维全模型,计算压力容器下筒体在自重、内压、堆芯支承凸缘载荷、和外部机械载荷等各种载荷作用下的应力强度,并严格参照ASME规范第Ⅲ卷第一册中的NB分卷规定的应力准则,对压力强度进行强度评定。评定结果表明,压力容器下筒体符合ASME标准的强度要求。最后,分析下筒体在各载荷作用下分别产生的应力强度,得出各载荷对压力容器下筒体的应力分布的影响。
In this paper, using finite element method, the use of ABAQUS6.13 to establish a three-dimensional full model of import and export take over, cylinder and bottom of the head, calculate the pressure vessel under the cylinder weight, internal pressure, core support flange load, and external mechanical Load under various loads such as the stress intensity, and in strict accordance with the ASME Code Volume III Volume I of the provisions of the NB sub-rules of stress, the strength of the pressure intensity assessment. The assessment results show that the pressure vessel under the cylinder meet the ASME standard strength requirements. Finally, the stress intensity of the cylinder under each load is analyzed, and the influence of each load on the stress distribution of the cylinder under the pressure vessel is obtained.
