目的:研究扛板归(Polygonum perfoliatum L.)的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法对扛板归进行分离纯化,根据理化性质、波谱数据(质谱、核磁共振谱)鉴定化合物的化学结构。结果:分离鉴定出12个单体化合物,分别为槲皮素(quercetin,1)、异鼠李素(isorhamnetin,2)、金丝桃苷(hyperrosid,3)、槲皮苷(quercitrin,4)、原儿茶酸(protocatechuic acid,5)、没食子酸(gallic acid,6)、鞣花酸(ellagic acid,7)、3,3′-二甲氧基-鞣花酸(3,3′-di-O-methyl ellagic acid,8)、1-O-没食子酰基-β-D-葡萄糖(1-O-galloyl-β-D-glucose,9)、黏酸二甲酯-2-O-没食子酰基(mucic acid dimethyl ester-2-O-gallate,10)、咖啡酸乙酯(ethyl caffeate,11)、黏酸二甲酯(mucic acid dime-thyl ester,12)。结论:化合物10和12首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物2、3、7、8和9首次从扛板归中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Polygonum perfoliatum L. Methods: The plates were separated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The chemical structures of the compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral data (mass spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum). Results: Twelve monomeric compounds were isolated and identified as quercetin (1), isorhamnetin (2), hyperrosid (3), quercitrin (4) , Protocatechuic acid (5), gallic acid (6), ellagic acid (7), 3,3’-dimethoxy-ellagic acid 1-O-galloyl-β-D-glucose (9), dimethylmuracil-2-O-gallate Mucic acid dimethyl ester-2-O-gallate (10), ethyl caffeate (11) and mucic acid dime-thyl ester (12). CONCLUSION: Compounds 10 and 12 were isolated from this genus for the first time. Compounds 2, 3, 7, 8 and 9 were isolated from plates for the first time.
