Emily Hodatty, Ph.D., a Los Angeles-based Vincent Medical Center cardiologist, said that heart-healthy lifestyle should include frequent exercise, choice of diet, active stress relief and adequate sleep. To achieve these goals, every day should be done “8 care to change ”. 1. Clean up trash snacks. Use healthy heart-healthy almonds, salt-free biscuits, fruit and celery and other foods to replace easily lead to junk food junk. Such items may be prepared in the bag and in the office.
