钯是有机合成中最有用的过渡金属之一~([1]),在大部分由钯化合物所促成的有机合成中,人们总是假定首先生成有机钯铬合物,但是,实际上,我们对有机钯化合物的了解还很肤浅,许多有机钯铬合物的基本性质还有待我们去进一步认识。为了深入研究钯催化的有机反应,我们曾制备了一系列带有叔膦配位体的二烷基钯络合物,并研究了它们的反应,特别对这些络合物的还原消除、β-消除和CO插入反应的机理进行了研究,在此基础上发现了双羰基化反应。下面叙述这一反应的发现经过和背景。
Palladium is one of the most useful transition metals in organic synthesis.
