目的:调查本市餐具消毒企业消毒餐具的卫生状况,为监督管理提供技术依据。方法:对本市部分餐具消毒企业生产的消毒餐具进行随机采样,进行大肠菌群和烷基(苯)磺酸钠检测。结果:总共检测各类餐具样品406份,总合格率为82.76%。大肠菌群合格率为79.76%,各类餐具大肠菌群合格率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。烷基(苯)磺酸钠合格率为97.14%,筷子与其他餐具合格率有显著性差异(P<0.05),并且筷子烷基(苯)磺酸钠残留量为0.061 mg/100 cm2,将近是其它餐具的2倍。结论:本市餐具消毒企业消毒餐具仍存在卫生问题,今后应重点加强监督管理。
Objective: To investigate the hygienic condition of tableware disinfection disinfection tableware in this Municipality and provide technical basis for supervision and management. Methods: Disinfection tableware produced by some tableware disinfection enterprises in this city was randomly sampled for coliform and alkyl benzene sulphonate testing. Results: A total of 406 samples of various types of tableware were tested with a total pass rate of 82.76%. The passing rate of coliform bacteria was 79.76%, there was no significant difference in the passing rate of coliform bacteria among all kinds of tableware (P> 0.05). The passing rate of sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate was 97.14%, the passing rate of chopsticks and other tableware was significantly different (P <0.05), and the residue of alkyl benzene sulfonate was 0.061 mg / 100 cm2, 2 times more than other tableware. Conclusion: The city tableware disinfection disinfection tableware still exists health problems, the future should focus on strengthening supervision and management.
