与重视发展学生党员相比,当前许多高校对学生党员入党后的教育管理比较欠缺,加强学生党员的后续教育管理尤为重要。要结合院系自身特色,积极探索二级院系学生党员教育管理新模式,以创新实践活动为载体,提高学生党员教育管理的实效性。
Compared with the emphasis on developing student party members, many current colleges and universities lack the education and management of student party members after joining the party, and it is especially important to strengthen the follow-up education and management of student party members.
