为了进一步研究双酚A的毒性作用,试验将40只21日龄SPF级SD大鼠随机分为对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,每组10只,各组分别灌胃给予植物油及0.5 mg/kg、5 mg/kg、50 mg/kg双酚A,1次/d,连续灌胃4周;取胸腺固定,采用石蜡切片技术观察胸腺组织的病理学变化。结果表明:对照组和低剂量组大鼠胸腺无明显变化,中剂量组和高剂量组大鼠胸腺结构受到损伤。说明一定剂量的双酚A会影响机体的免疫功能。
In order to further study the toxic effects of bisphenol A, 40 21-day-old SPF SD rats were randomly divided into control group, low dose group, middle dose group and high dose group, with 10 rats in each group. The vegetable oil and 0.5 mg / kg, 5 mg / kg and 50 mg / kg bisphenol A were given once a day for 4 weeks. The thymus was fixed and the pathological changes of thymus were observed by paraffin section. The results showed that there was no significant change in the thymus of the control group and the low-dose group, while the thymus structure of the middle-dose group and the high-dose group were damaged. A certain dose of bisphenol A will affect the body’s immune function.
