阐述了利用UG13平台,对小型钛合金叶轮的造型方法。并且针对加工小型钛合金整体叶轮过程中变形和回弹的问题,提出了在造型阶段就主动控制负余量的软件补偿方法。该造型及软件补偿方法在航空某型任务小型钛合金叶轮制造中得到应用
Expounds the use of UG13 platform, modeling of small titanium alloy impeller. In order to solve the problem of deformation and springback in the processing of the integral impeller of the small titanium alloy, a software compensation method of actively controlling the negative margin at the modeling stage is proposed. The modeling and software compensation methods are applied in the manufacture of small titanium alloy impellers for certain aerospace missions
