目的：探讨三磷酸腺苷（ATP）检测法作为卵巢癌体外药敏试验的可行性。方法：采用ATP法，检测6种化疗药物对卵巢癌3AO细胞株的抑制作用，并与活细胞数作为对照。结果：（1）ATP水平与活细胞数相关性极好（r＝0．9884），灵敏度高，最低可检测出80个细胞。（2）ATP法结果稳定、简便快捷，可定量。（3）药物浓度不宜过大，应选择在0．5～2．0PPC之间。（4）检测时间以用药后4～5天为宜。结论：ATP法可做为一种新的卵巢癌化疗药物体外敏感试验方法。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) assay as an antimicrobial susceptibility test for ovarian cancer in vitro. Methods: The inhibitory effect of six chemotherapeutic drugs on 3AO cell line was detected by ATP method. The number of living cells was used as a control. Results: (1) There was a significant correlation between ATP levels and the number of viable cells (r = 0.9884), high sensitivity and the lowest detectable 80 cells. (2) ATP method is stable, simple, quick and quantitative. (3) drug concentration should not be too large, should choose between 0.5 ~ 2.0PPC. (4) test time to 4 to 5 days after treatment is appropriate. Conclusion: ATP method can be used as a new in vitro sensitivity test method for ovarian cancer chemotherapeutic drugs.
