成人高等教育在中国人才培养方面起着重要的作用,而实践教学是其中非常重要的教学环节。目前,国内外都在努力探索成人高等教育实践教学的改革之路,以期适应人才培养的需求。

成人高等教育在中国人才培养方面起着重要的作用,而实践教学是其中非常重要的教学环节。目前,国内外都在努力探索成人高等教育实践教学的改革之路,以期适应人才培养的需求。就中国成人高等教育而言,由于缺乏对实践教学的正确认识,已影响到成人高等教育人才培养的质量。为求创新,长沙理工大学自筹资金,在成人高等教育实践教学方面进行了大胆探索,初步摸索出一条适合自身发展的创新之路。
Adult higher education plays an important role in China’s talent cultivation, and practical teaching is one of the most important teaching links. At present, both at home and abroad are trying hard to explore the reform of adult higher education practice teaching in order to adapt to the needs of personnel training. For China’s adult higher education, the lack of a correct understanding of practical teaching has affected the quality of adult education in higher education. In pursuit of innovation, Changsha University of Science and Technology made self-financing funds and boldly explored practical teaching in adult higher education, initially exploring a road of innovation suitable for its own development.
