井架提升机,因其制作容易,安装转移方便,适宜狭窄场地作业等特点,被广泛用于中小型建筑工程。随着高层建筑发展和施工越来越要求工期短、效益高,这种提升机已逐步由外井架内吊篮改为内井架外吊篮,由单井架单吊篮改为单井架双吊篮。与之配套的卷扬机目前种类较多,使用时各有利弊。如采用图1所示结构:该机由电机、减速器、卷筒和制动装置等组成。电机9经联轴器11与减速器12相联(联轴器11上装有电磁制动器10),减速器12通过联轴器8驱动卷筒轴1,卷筒4和7分别空套在卷筒轴1上,依靠机座上的离合器拨叉5使主动离合器13分别与固定
Derrick hoists are widely used in small and medium-sized construction projects due to their easy production, convenient installation and transfer, and suitable for narrow site operations. With the development and construction of high-rise buildings requiring more and shorter durations and high benefits, this hoist has gradually changed from the outer mast inner basket to the inner mast outer basket, from a single well frame single basket to a single well frame double basket . The matching hoisting machine is currently available in many types and has advantages and disadvantages when used. If adopts the structure shown in Fig. 1: This machine is made up of motor, reducer, reel and brake device and so on. The motor 9 is connected to the speed reducer 12 via the coupling 11 (the electromagnetic brake 10 is mounted on the coupling 11). The speed reducer 12 drives the spool shaft 1 through the coupling 8, and the reels 4 and 7 are respectively set in the reel. On the shaft 1, the active clutch 13 is respectively fixed with the clutch fork 5 on the base
