本工程位于北京市阜城门外立交桥的东南角,1985年竣工,1986年投入使用(图1)。结构方案采用筒中筒形式,内筒采用钢筋砼墙筒体,外筒采用密柱框架筒。在内力分析方法上考虑了空间作用下的筒体作用。平面尺寸为26m×30m,其平面布置如图2所示。地下为4层,地上为22层,地面以上高度为80m。采用箱形基础,基础高为5.8m,底板厚900mm,顶板厚400mm。本工程在结构设计上有以下几个特点:
The project is located at the southeast corner of the overpass at the outskirts of Fucheng, Beijing. It was completed in 1985 and put into use in 1986 (Figure 1). The structural plan adopts the form of a barrel-in-tube, the inner cylinder adopts a reinforced concrete wall cylinder, and the outer cylinder adopts a dense-column frame cylinder. In the internal force analysis method, the role of the cylinder under the action of space was considered. The plane size is 26m×30m, and its plane layout is shown in FIG. 2 . The ground floor is 4 floors and the ground is 22 floors. The height above the ground is 80m. It adopts a box-shaped foundation with a base height of 5.8m, a floor thickness of 900mm and a top plate thickness of 400mm. This project has the following characteristics in structural design:
