长期来人们对养殖中水质问题,缺乏认识,养殖人员只能凭自己一点经验去观察水色,确定水质好与否。不了解水中各种营养成份的量,弄不清该施何种肥,投何种料、投量多少等问题,盲目使用各种肥料饵料造成浪费,不但不增产,反而导致水质恶化,使鱼类成批死亡;从历史上看对养殖水质工作作得太少,或者是空白,即使有人作了一些工作,也未引起有关部门重视;就目前情况看,缺乏预测性,仅有的资料,不能对生产起指导作用,往往是发生事故或快发生事故时才测定一下水质,而且不知事故原因;不知针对事故应作那些项目测定。因此对我省养殖高产稳产造成很大局限,使单产一直落后于全国。如何控制千变万化的水质,是目前研究探索的课题。这里笔者谈一点认识,供参考。
