药动一药效学(PK—PD)是综合研究体内药物的动力学过程与药效量化指标的动力学过程,将这两者结合起来研究的模型称为药代动力学和药效动力学结合模型(PK—PD模型)。其本质是研究一种药量与效应之间的转换过程,即物质与能量之间的定量转移过程。由于给药后药物效应的发挥是药动学研究的最终目标,因此PK—PD模型对药物的开发与研究、阐明作用机理、设计合理的剂型与给药方案提供了重要的研究方法和理论依据。
Pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic (PK-PD) is a kinetic process that comprehensively studies the kinetics and pharmacodynamics of drug in vivo. The model combining the two is called pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics Binding model (PK-PD model). Its essence is to study the conversion process between dose and effect, that is, the quantitative transfer process between material and energy. Since the drug effect after administration is the ultimate goal of pharmacokinetic study, PK-PD model provides important research methods and theoretical basis for drug development and research, elucidation of mechanism of action, design of rational dosage forms and administration programs .
