Using the method of dispersion polymerization combined with swelling polymerization and the polymer solution pore-forming technology, crosslinked poly (propylene glycol) -methacrylate microspheres with monodisperse particle size and macroporous pore structure were prepared. Resin structure of the resin gel permeation chromatography characteristics of the resin as a variety of high performance liquid chromatography packing matrix material or reactive active carrier, has excellent performance.
