2011的新生入学后,只上了一周的课,老师便普遍反应这一届的学生素质较差。上课状态差;学习习惯差;作业质量差。我作为高一(1)班的班主任,接触学生比较早,开学之前就带领学生进行了入校培训和军训。从军训的情况看,学生们都守纪律,态度积极向上,也很活跃,他们在军训中积极努力,有很强的集体荣誉感。但正式开学后,我也感到这届学生的上课状态大不如上届学生,上课时学生状态比教消极,被动。不是枳级思考,主动地去思考问题,而是被动地等老师给答案,提出
