区域政策对工会维权实效的影响是研究劳动关系的重要内容,然而政策环境不断变化,新生代农民工的教育水平、社会融合能力等个人特征与上一代农民工不再类同,相关研究有待扩展。文章借助博弈理论和定序probit模型证实信号不充足的情况下,采取适当的区域激励政策只能缓解紧张的劳资关系,并不一定能达到改进社会福利的目的;工资协商、企业工作环境、社会服务对新生代农民工工会参与满意度影响显著;教育水平、社会融合水平、法律知识等个人特征变量对工会维权效果的影响存在地区差异。因此,区域政策对新生代农民工工会维权实效发挥积极影响,需要信息充足及诸因素有效配合等条件。
The influence of regional policies on the rights and interests of trade unions is an important part of labor relations study. However, the policy environment is constantly changing. The personal characteristics such as educational level and social integration ability of migrant workers in the new generation are no longer similar to those of the previous generation of migrant workers. Relevant studies have yet to be expanded . Using the game theory and sequencing probit model to prove that the signal is not sufficient, the appropriate regional incentive policies can only alleviate the tension between the labor and capital relations, does not necessarily achieve the purpose of improving social welfare; wage negotiations, corporate work environment, social Services have a significant impact on the satisfaction of new generation migrant workers’ union participation. There are regional differences in the impact of personal variables such as education level, social integration level and legal knowledge on the effect of labor union rights protection. Therefore, the regional policies have a positive impact on the rights and benefits of the new generation of peasant workers’ unions, requiring adequate information and the effective coordination of various factors.
