现场应用实例 回顾一下工厂设备的现场实际研究,能够说明振动烈度规范的应用情况。 应用实例之一是两台锅炉供汽的汽轮机,工作转速为4000~5800r/min,轴承已损坏。汽轮机转子在2200和5800cpm时产生共振。其中一台汽轮机在接近最高速度时,经过滤波的轴的差致振动很明显,约为3.5mil。然而,进一步的调查发现,轴的径向跳动所造成的振动为1.4mil,3.5—1.4=2.1mil为轴的实际振动值,修正系数用1(K_1值)。将此有效振动值与图2作比较,表明此振动值属边缘值范围。
Field Application Examples A review of the actual field work on plant equipment can illustrate the application of vibration severity specifications. One of the application examples is a steam turbine supplied by two boilers with a working speed of 4000-5800r / min and a damaged bearing. Turbine rotors resonate at 2200 and 5800 cpm. One of the turbines near the maximum speed, the filtered shaft differential vibration is obvious, about 3.5mil. However, further investigation found that the shaft vibration caused by the radial runout was 1.4mil, 3.5-1.4 = 2.1mil the actual vibration value of the shaft, the correction factor with 1 (K_1 value). The comparison of this effective vibration value with Figure 2 shows that this vibration value belongs to the margin value range.
