自73年以来,我厂组织了以工人为主体,有领导干部和技术人员参加的三结合产品改革小组,对仿苏的JD—11.4型调度绞车进行两次改革,改革后的产品定名为JD—1型调度绞车。 JD—1型调度绞车的传动型式采用双联行星齿轮的2K—H的负号机构,但双联齿轮的小齿轮与大内齿轮之间再加一惰轮,从而获得较大的减速比。其次,电动机的结构也作了改动,把原来细长结构改为短而粗。第三,底座改成雪撬式。
Since 1973, our factory organized a three-pronged product reform team with workers as the main body, leading cadres and technical personnel to carry out two reforms on the imitation-SU’s JD-11.4 dispatching winch. The reformed product was named JD -1 type scheduling winch.
