In 2010, eight tasks will be completed in China’s economic and social development. The eight tasks are: - Good management of long-term construction of national debt, to maintain rapid growth of investment in fixed assets. Effective arrangements for treasury bonds funds to ensure the completion of the construction of national debt project, so that a number of projects under construction as a whole completed. - Seriously address the issue of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers” and make every effort to improve the living conditions in rural areas. - Speed up the “three changes two”
