目的观察我国健康成年人各年龄段桡动脉增强指数(AI)值与性别的关系以及随年龄的变化趋势。方法按照健康人标准筛选出正常健康成人2456名(男性1192名,女性1264名),年龄18~89(43.1±13.4)岁,采用科林HEM-9000AI检测仪用桡动脉张力测量法测量桡动脉波形。结果健康人群桡动脉AI均值为(74.2±15.0)%,女性的桡动脉AI均值(79.5±13.1)%明显高于男性[(68.6±14.9)%,P<0.01]。无论健康男女,桡动脉AI均与年龄呈正相关(男:r=0.526,女:r=0.545,P<0.01)。根据AI与年龄及性别的关系,本文得出不同年龄段男女桡动脉AI的正常参考值范围。结论健康成人桡动脉AI值受年龄和性别的影响,女性AI值高于男性,应按照不同年龄段建立男女各自的正常参考值。
Objective To observe the relationship between the value of radial artery augmentation index (AI) and sex in all age groups of healthy adults in China and their changing trend with age. Methods A total of 2456 normal healthy adults (1192 males and 1264 females) were screened according to the standards of healthy individuals. The ages ranged from 18 to 89 years old (43.1 ± 13.4 years). Radial artery was measured by Radial Tension Measurement with Colin HEM-9000AI detector Waveform. Results The mean value of radial artery AI was (74.2 ± 15.0)% in healthy subjects and 79.5 ± 13.1% in female subjects (68.6 ± 14.9%, P <0.01). Both healthy men and women, radial AI were positively correlated with age (male: r = 0.526, female: r = 0.545, P <0.01). According to the relationship between AI and age and gender, this article draws the normal reference range of radial artery AI of men and women of different ages. Conclusion AI value of radial artery in healthy adults is affected by age and gender. The AI value of female is higher than that of male. The normal reference values of men and women should be established according to different age groups.
