为了探究剪叶处理对不同穗型水稻(Oryza sative L.)品种干物质积累及转运的影响,以直立穗突变体R1338、R334和弯曲穗野生型R498为试验材料,采用完全随机设计,研究比较直立穗和弯曲穗经剪叶后对其干物质积累及转运、穂部性状的影响。不同穗型水稻,经不同剪叶处理后,从灌浆期至成熟期,所有试材各器官干重均下降,但直立穗各器官干重均高于弯曲穗;剪倒一叶后直立穗的输出率高于弯曲穗,分别比弯曲穗高7.45%、103.21%,剪倒二叶后弯曲穗输出率高于直立穗,分别比R1338、R334高57.04%、10.82%;剪叶后结实率和粒重都有一定幅度的降低,但与弯曲穗相比,直立穗降低幅度较小,从剪叶处理与对照(不剪叶)比较发现,剪倒一叶对弯曲穗粒重影响较大,而剪倒二叶对直立穗粒重变化影响较大。
In order to investigate the effects of leaf cutting on dry matter accumulation and translocation in different panicle type rice (Oryza sative L.) cultivars, we conducted a randomized study using erect panicle mutants R1338 and R334 and curved panicle wild type R498 as experimental materials Erect panicles and bent spikes affected their dry matter accumulation, transport and cathartic properties by shearing leaves. Compared with the control (no leaf cut), the cuttings had a greater impact on the panicle weight, However, shearing two leaves had a significant effect on the weight change of upright ear.
