面向新一代飞机机身部件数字化、柔性化装配需求,基于柔性工装技术,设计了飞机机身部件数字化柔性装配工装系统。通过研究数字化柔性装配工装及其相关技术,详细设计了柔性工装的机械系统,建立了基于现场总线技术的工装运动多轴控制系统,开发了柔性工装系统专用的装配数据生成软件。飞机部件装配数字化柔性工装的设计,为在国内推广应用柔性装配工装技术,构建数字化柔性装配生产线,实现新一代飞机的全数字化装配奠定了基础,具有重要的现实意义。
Faced with the digital and flexible assembly requirements of the new generation aircraft fuselage components, a digital flexible assembly tooling system for aircraft fuselage components was designed based on the flexible tooling technology. By studying the digital flexible assembly tooling and its related technologies, the mechanical system of flexible tooling was designed in detail. A multi-axis control system for tooling movement based on fieldbus technology was established and the assembly data generation software was developed for flexible tooling system. The design of digital flexible tooling for aircraft parts assembly has laid an important foundation for the popularization and application of flexible assembly tooling technology in China, construction of digital flexible assembly line and realization of all-digital assembly of a new generation of aircraft.
