我国时评“公民表达”的实践已经有10多年,但在实践当中却屡屡遭遇尴尬,“公民表达”的理念被虚化。笔者认为要达到“公民表达”的目标,实现的路径有以下几点:一是把发言权交给有实际生活经历的人;二是对媒体的“精英发言”适当进行控制;三是报纸应多留版面给网络评论,电视台电台应多邀请一些民间人士参与评论节目。 The practice of China’s comment on “citizen expression” has been carried out for more than 10 years, but it has repeatedly encountered embarrassment in practice. The concept of “citizen expression” has been neglected. The author believes that in order to achieve the goal of “citizen expression ”, the path to achieve the following: First, the floor to the real life experience of people; second is the media “elite speak ” appropriate control; Third, the newspaper should leave more pages for comments on the Internet. Television stations should invite more non-governmental individuals to participate in the commentary program.
