通过橡胶地板在民用和工业建筑中的应用,总结了橡胶地板的施工工艺流程、具体技术措施、注意事项及常见问题的处理。一方面可供类似工程进行参考,以减少工程隐患、降低损失;另一方面可以为今后制定橡胶地板施工质量验收规范提供依据。以河南省人民医院和大唐安阳电厂的工程实例为依据,参考德国科德宝建筑系统公司关于橡胶地板的铺装操作规程及质量自控标准,结合我国现有的施工质量水平及紧迫的工期要求,着重阐述了基层混凝土地面常见问题的处理和橡胶地板铺设时注意事项。
Through the application of rubber floor in civil and industrial buildings, the construction process of rubber floor, technical measures, precautions and common problems are summarized. On the one hand, it can be used as a reference for similar projects to reduce hidden dangers and reduce losses; on the other hand, it can provide the basis for the future acceptance of rubber flooring construction quality standards. Based on the examples of Henan Provincial People’s Hospital and Datang Anyang Power Plant, refer to the German Freudenberg Building Systems Company pavement rules and quality control standards for rubber flooring, combined with China’s current construction quality level and the urgent requirements of the construction period , Focusing on the grass-roots concrete floor surface treatment of common problems and rubber floor laying precautions.
