针对电大远程开放教育中形成性评价问题,以英语本科专业“文学阅读与欣赏”课程为案例,采用问卷调查、访谈和课堂观察的方法,对中央电大开发设计的形成性考核册的使用情况和效果进行了分析研究,进而设计出针对性强、具有可操作性、反映课程特点的考核册。同时通过研究发现学习者、教师和管理人员对于形成性考核的认识以及形成性考核实施的环境创设及过程的监控是形成性考核效果好坏的关键因素。最后,作者对该课程课堂上、课堂外、网上实时异时形成性考核提出建设性意见和实施方案。
Aiming at the formative evaluation in the education of open and distance education of the TV University, taking the course of reading and appreciation of literature in undergraduate English as a case study, this paper analyzes the usage of the formative assessment book of the development and design of the Central Radio and Television University and the method of questionnaire, interview and classroom observation. The effect has carried on the analysis research, and then designs the examination book that has the pertinence, the maneuverability, reflects the curriculum characteristic. At the same time, it is found through research that learners, teachers and managers are aware of formative assessment and environmental creation and process monitoring of formative assessment are the key factors of formative assessment. In the end, the author puts forward constructive suggestions and implementation plans for the on-line real-time and formative assessment on the web, in class and outside the classroom.
