在食用菌生产过程中,常因杂菌的污染或病菌的为害而导致减产或绝收。目前对接种箱、栽培室最常用的消毒剂是甲醛和高锰酸钾,这类药剂长期使用,会导致其敏感性下降,天菌效果变差。因此,研制一种高效灭菌、对人畜安全的消毒剂是菇农所需求的。菇保一号气雾消毒剂,系莆田市恒伟食用菌开发有限公司研制的新产品,我们用该药剂对食用菌的几种杂菌和病菌进行了室内平板薰蒸杀菌测定和菇房消毒试验,现将结果报告如下:
