八十年代初,吉林市兴建的几幢五至七层火山渣小型砌块住宅,交付使用后,部分墙体出现裂缝和渗漏,有的楼幢还比较严重,给当地砌块建筑的推广带来不利影响。通过数次调查看到,裂缝经过二至三年后基本稳定;有的工程重做屋面防水后已不再渗漏。近年来,随着节能建筑和新型墙体材料的开发,我省小型砌块建筑又有新的发展趋势。为总结经验、吸取教训,推动我省小型砌块建筑进一步发展,本文针对砌块建筑的温差裂缝进行
In the early 1980s, several 5-7 volcanic slag small block houses built in Jilin City were delivered with cracks and leaks in some of their walls. Some of the buildings were still rather serious, which gave the promotion of local block construction Bring adverse effects.
