作为人力资源管理部门基础服务项目之一,社会保险管理工作是保障员工基本权益的根本体现。对于煤炭企业而言,员工社保牵涉面广,涵盖范围大,因此管理工作量繁重,如果仍以过去落后的模式管理,则不利于提高管理工作效率。本文所提及的信息技术具有方便、快捷、准确等特点,随着网络计算机信息技术在多个领域内的普及,人力资源社会保险实现信息化管理是根本趋势所在。为了推动信息化建设进程,笔者从信息技术应用的必要性与策略两方面谈了几点看法。
As one of the basic service items of human resource management department, social insurance management is the fundamental embodiment of safeguarding the basic rights and interests of employees. As far as the coal enterprises are concerned, the employee social security coverage is extensive and covers a large area. Therefore, the management workload is heavy. If the management is still based on the past and backward modes, it is not conducive to improving management efficiency. The information technology mentioned in this paper is convenient, fast and accurate. With the popularization of network computer information technology in many fields, the fundamental trend of information management of human resources and social insurance lies in it. In order to promote the process of information construction, the author talks about the necessity and tactics of information technology application.
