雄激素有刺激造血之功效,目前对白血病患者血清睾酮(TT)水平的研究,尚未见报道.我们测定了69例急性白血病患者血清TT的变化,探讨其临床意义,现报告如下.1 材料和方法1.1 病例选择白血病组的分型、性别和年龄见附表.正常对照组:40例系健康查体者.男20例,年龄32~52岁.中位数30岁.女20例,年龄19~45岁,中位数27岁.1.2 检测方法 采用放射免疫法测定患者血清TT,药盒由天津利科生物科技有限公司提供.2 结果正常人、白血病患者TT测定结果见附表.M_2a、M_3a、M_5及ALL的男性患者和M_3a女性患者的TT值均降低,与正常相比差异有显著性,10例M_2a的女性患者,TT值与正常比较差异不显著.
Androgens have the effect of stimulating hematopoiesis. At present, the study of serum testosterone (TT) levels in leukemia patients has not been reported yet. We have determined the changes of serum TT in 69 acute leukemia patients and discussed their clinical significance. The report is as follows.1 Materials and Method 1.1 Case selection The type, sex and age of the leukemia group are shown in the attached table. Normal control group: 40 cases were healthy examiners. 20 males, aged 32 to 52 years. Median 30 years old. Female 20 patients, age 19 to 45 years old, median 27 years old. 1.2 Detection method Serum TT was measured by radioimmunoassay. The kit was provided by Tianjin Lico Biotech Co., Ltd. 2 Results The results of TT measurement in normal and leukemia patients were shown in the attached table. M_2a The TT values of male, M_3a, M_5, and ALL male patients and M_3a female patients were all decreased. There was a significant difference compared with normal patients. There was no significant difference in TT values between normal female patients and M_2a female patients.
