放射治疗计划的设计,以选择较好的剂量分布为标志,划分为“临床计划”和“物理计划”两个基本阶段。“临床计划”阶段,包括考虑使用综合治疗、剂量分次模型,肿瘤位置与肿瘤分布的范围,需要的肿瘤剂量以及邻近重要器官的允许剂量。最后三项要求可用较好的剂量分布进行体现。“物理计划”阶段主要为实现“临床计划”要求而建立较好的剂量分布。本文提出了外照射优选方案的选取标准和建立较好的剂量分布的方法。
The design of the radiotherapy plan is marked by selecting a better dose distribution and is divided into two basic stages: “clinical plan” and “physical plan”. The “clinical plan” phase includes consideration of the use of comprehensive treatment, dose-fractionation models, the range of tumor locations and tumor distribution, the required tumor dose, and the allowable doses of adjacent vital organs. The last three requirements can be reflected by a better dose distribution. The “Physical Planning” phase establishes a better dose distribution for achieving the “Clinical Plan” requirements. This article proposes the criteria for the selection of the optimal external radiation solution and the method for establishing a better dose distribution.
