具有还原性的药物在生产和贮存过程中如果与空气接触,就会逐渐地被空气中的氧分子所自动氧化。光照、微量过渡金属离子的存在和其它一些因素常能加速药物的自动氧化过程。探讨药物自动氧化的机理,掌握其规律,采取各种有效措施防止其发生,在制剂生产和药房工作中意义很大。本文拟用分子轨道理论探讨药物自动氧化反应机理和光照促进药物自动氧化、微量过渡金属离子催化药物自动氧化以及其它一些因素影响药物自动氧化的机理。
Reducing drugs in the production and storage process if contact with air, it will gradually be oxygen molecules in the air by the automatic oxidation. Light, the presence of trace transition metal ions and other factors often accelerate the auto-oxidation of drugs. To explore the mechanism of auto-oxidation of drugs, to grasp its laws, to take all kinds of effective measures to prevent its occurrence, in the preparation of production and pharmacy work great significance. This paper intends to use molecular orbital theory to explore the mechanism of auto-oxidation of drugs and light to promote drug auto-oxidation, auto-oxidation of trace transition metal ion-catalyzed drugs and other factors that affect the mechanism of auto-oxidation of drugs.
