随着我国社会经济的不断发展使得建筑行业得以较快发展,作为我国的支柱型产业,建筑行业在社会经济中占有重要位置,且与人们的生活息息相关。在建筑工程施工过程中管理工作是极其重要的一个环节,可直接影响到建筑工程的整体质量。结合实际情况对建筑工程管理重点环节中存在的问题及对策进行分析,旨在促进我国建筑行业的不断发展。
With the continuous development of our country’s social economy, the construction industry has been able to develop rapidly. As China’s pillar industry, the construction industry occupies an important position in the social economy and is closely related to people’s life. Management in the construction of the construction process is an extremely important part of a direct impact on the overall quality of construction. Based on the actual situation, this paper analyzes the problems and countermeasures in the key links of construction management, aiming to promote the continuous development of China’s construction industry.
