目的回顾分析50例腰椎退变性滑脱X线平片,以提高对退变性滑脱的认识。方法50例腰椎退变性滑脱全部病例常规摄片,并进行测量与统计分析。结果滑脱部位以4～5为主,占滑脱椎体90%,滑脱方向,以前滑脱占80%,后滑脱占20%,椎弓峡部和关节炎是完整的。结论X线平片对腰椎滑脱移位的程度,临床治疗及预后评估均有积极意义。
Objective To retrospectively analyze 50 cases of lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis to improve the understanding of degenerative spondylolisthesis. Methods 50 cases of lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis routine radiography of all cases, and measurement and statistical analysis. Results The spondylolisthesis was predominant in 4 ~ 5, accounting for 90% of the spondylolisthesis, the direction of slipping, the former slipping 80%, the latter slipping 20%, the vertebral arch isatment and arthritis is complete. Conclusion X-ray films have a positive effect on the degree of lumbar spondylolisthesis, clinical treatment and prognosis evaluation.
